Another cool thing for girls who love horses is Horsez DS Game, it is alot of fun to play. The point of the game is to create a horse and foal, (haven't played it in awhile trying to remember how it goes) but anyways i think you end up racing your horses and saving the farm from a mean lady who wants to buy it and all the other farms in the valley.
This game is available at any E.B Games, Pawn Shop, Walmart, Zellers or Superstore. It is about nineteen dollars depending if you live in Canada or Unitedstates though. (its cheaper in the states)

A Horse of Course
My second most important peice of my horse stuff collection is a book called horse of course it is full of imformation on just about everything that involves horses. It mostly talks about horses in history, horse figurines, how to draw horses, horse foods and other horse stuff
Its called A Horse of Course: A round up of Equin Facts by Mary Frances Budzik
This book can be found at any book store for about eight to ten dollars depending where you live, avalability and store. I recommend this book for any horse lover to learn random facts that might come in handy later on in life when we "Hart of Horse" people go one to become vetrinarians and equin trainers.

Schleich Horse Pictures
I may not have any exact pictures of my horses but I took some images from off google to show you what they look like.
This is my Apolloosa Mare Rose.
This is my first horse Splash he is a Gypsy Vanner Stallion.
This the Apolloosa Yearling,
His name is Storm.
His neck is curved and his ears are back because if you put him beside the mare he looks like he is nursing.
Schleich Horse Collection
So, I think some of my most treasured horse items is my four schleich ornaments.
On my twelth christmas my father bought me a book and on it was a Gypsy Vanner horse he also bought me an horse ornment that looked just like the horse on the cover. This was my first horse ornament I got and I named him Splash.
My second horse ornament was also from my father and it came a year later two days after my thirteenth birthday, my grandparents gave my dad money to buy me something for my birthday so he took me to an ornament toy store and I bought an Apoloosa schleich horse. Happily I made up stories about farms and soon to be horse babies, I named the new horse Rose.
Three months later I convinced my grandparents to buy me an Apoloosa foal schleich ornament and named him Storm.
Sadly I grew out of playing with them and took an intrest in horse books and school, but one day I got some left over money and decided to buy another schleich ornament. This time I bought a human schleich ornament, it was a little girl stading in the position so that if you put a schleich horse up to her she would look like she was feeding it and I named her April Marie.
This concludes my schleich horse collection, I may not play with them anymore like I used to but they are still some of my prized horse items and the stand together on my book shelf as retired ornaments untill someday when I give them to my daughter.

Hart of Horses
There isn't really a word or a name for children who fall in love with horses at a young age, some call it a natural love for animals but even though we love all animals we have a special place in our hearts for big and beautiful horses and any other animal couldn't fill it. I once heard someone call it Equine Fever but that's for girls and boys who fall in love with horses when they are young but as they grow up they forget that love and it becomes just a stage. What we "born horse lovers" have is what I like to call "Hart of Horses" our love won't just be a stage we will always have a special spot in our hearts for them and we will probably go onto to be Vetrinarians, Equin Trainers, Horse Breeders and Hobby Farmers.
